Beat The Tower respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used when you play the game.

1. What We Collect

The app itself does not directly collect, store, or transmit personal information to our own servers. Game data such as best score, settings (e.g., audio volume, haptics), and preferences (e.g., leaderboard consent) are saved locally on your device via UserDefaults.

However, the app integrates the following third-party services, which may process data to provide their features:

1.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads (e.g., to grant an in-game “Shield”). Depending on your choice in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, AdMob may process:

Device identifiers (e.g., IDFA)
Approximate location and device information (to improve ad relevance)
Ad interaction data (views, clicks, impressions)

1.2 Game Center & Leaderboards (Apple)

The game can show a global leaderboard using Apple Game Center. Before any score is shared, the app shows an in-app dialog to obtain your explicit consent. This preference can be changed later in the in-game Settings.

If you agree: your score and a Game Center player identifier/alias (handled by Apple) may be submitted to Apple’s Game Center servers.
If you do not agree or turn it off later: your scores remain on the device and are not uploaded.

1.3 In-App Review Prompts (Apple)

The game may occasionally ask you to rate or review the app using Apple’s SKStoreReviewController. Apple controls whether to show the prompt; no personal data is collected by us through this feature.

2. Your Choices & Controls

Ads / Tracking (ATT): On first launch we ask permission to allow ad tracking. If denied, ads are not personalized. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Leaderboards Consent: The app shows an in-app consent dialog the first time. You can toggle this anytime in Settings → “Global Leaderboard (share score)”. If disabled, scores are not uploaded.
Game Center account: Manage via iOS Settings → Game Center.
Audio & Haptics: Manage inside the in-game Settings.

3. Rewarded Ads & In-Game Items

Watching a rewarded ad (via AdMob) can grant an item (e.g., a “Shield” that auto-rescues once). Ad viewing information may be processed by AdMob to deliver and account for the reward. If an ad is unavailable, no reward is granted.

4. Data Retention

Beat The Tower does not operate its own servers for player accounts. Data processed by Google (AdMob) and Apple (Game Center, review prompts) follows their retention policies.

5. Children’s Privacy

The game is a casual title but not directed specifically to children. Parents/guardians can review third-party settings and contact us with questions.

6. Security

Local data (scores, settings) is stored using iOS mechanisms like UserDefaults. Third-party services (Apple/Google) apply their own security measures.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

1. Cosa Raccogliamo

L’app non raccoglie, conserva o trasmette direttamente dati personali ai nostri server. Dati di gioco come punteggio migliore, impostazioni (volume audio, vibrazione) e preferenze (consenso classifica) sono salvati in locale sul dispositivo tramite UserDefaults.

L’app integra però alcuni servizi di terze parti, che possono trattare dati per fornire le loro funzionalità:

1.2 Game Center & Classifiche (Apple)

Il gioco può mostrare una classifica globale tramite Apple Game Center. Prima di condividere qualsiasi punteggio, l’app chiede il tuo consenso esplicito. Puoi cambiare questa preferenza nelle Impostazioni del gioco.

Se acconsenti: il tuo punteggio e un identificatore/alias Game Center (gestito da Apple) possono essere inviati ai server di Apple.
Se non acconsenti o lo disattivi dopo: i punteggi restano sul dispositivo e non vengono caricati.

1.3 Prompt di Recensione In-App (Apple)

Il gioco può chiedere occasionalmente di valutare/recensire l’app tramite SKStoreReviewController. La visualizzazione del prompt è gestita da Apple; non raccogliamo dati personali tramite questa funzione.

2. Scelte & Controlli

Annunci / Tracking (ATT): Al primo avvio chiediamo il consenso al tracciamento pubblicitario. Se rifiuti, gli annunci non sono personalizzati. Modificabile in Impostazioni iOS → Privacy e sicurezza → Tracciamento.
Consenso Classifiche: Mostriamo un dialog di consenso la prima volta. Puoi attivarlo/disattivarlo in Impostazioni → “Classifica globale (condividi punteggio)”.
Account Game Center: Gestibile in Impostazioni iOS → Game Center.
Audio & Vibrazione: Gestibili nelle Impostazioni in-game.

3. Rewarded Ads & Oggetti di Gioco

La visione di un annuncio ricompensato (via AdMob) può concedere un oggetto (es. uno “Scudo” che salva una volta). Le informazioni sulla visione possono essere trattate da AdMob per erogare la ricompensa. Se un annuncio non è disponibile, nessuna ricompensa viene concessa.

4. Conservazione dei Dati

Beat The Tower non gestisce server propri per account giocatore. I dati trattati da Google (AdMob) e Apple (Game Center, prompt recensione) seguono le loro policy.

5. Privacy dei Minori

Il gioco non è specificamente destinato ai bambini. Genitori/tutori possono rivedere le impostazioni dei servizi terzi e contattarci per domande。

6. Sicurezza

I dati locali (punteggi, impostazioni) sono salvati con meccanismi iOS come UserDefaults. I servizi terzi applicano proprie misure di sicurezza。

1.2 Game Center とリーダーボード（Apple）

Apple Game Center によるグローバルランキングを表示できます。スコア共有の前に、アプリ内ダイアログで明示的な同意を取得します。この設定はゲーム内の設定から変更できます。

同意した場合：スコアと Game Center の識別子／エイリアス（Apple が管理）が Apple のサーバーに送信される場合があります。
同意しない／後でオフにした場合：スコアは端末内に留まり、共有されません。

1.3 アプリ内レビュー促進（Apple）

Apple の SKStoreReviewController を使用して、アプリの評価・レビューをお願いすることがあります。表示の可否は Apple が制御し、当社が個人情報を収集することはありません。

2. 選択とコントロール

広告 / 追跡（ATT）： 初回起動時に追跡許可を求めます。拒否した場合、広告は非パーソナライズ表示。iOS 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング で変更可能です。
リーダーボード同意： 初回に同意ダイアログを表示。設定 → 「グローバルリーダーボード（スコア共有）」 でいつでも切替可能。
Game Center アカウント： iOS 設定 → Game Center から管理可能。
オーディオ / 触覚： ゲーム内設定で管理。

3. リワード広告とゲーム内アイテム

リワード広告（AdMob）を視聴すると、アイテム（例：「シールド」一回自動セーブ）が付与される場合があります。視聴情報は報酬付与のために AdMob により処理される場合があります。広告が利用できない場合、報酬は付与されません。

4. データ保持

2. Tus Opciones y Controles

Anuncios / Seguimiento (ATT): En el primer inicio pedimos permiso para el seguimiento de anuncios. Si lo rechazas, los anuncios no se personalizan. Puedes cambiarlo en Ajustes de iOS → Privacidad y seguridad → Seguimiento.
Consentimiento de Clasificación: Mostramos un diálogo de consentimiento la primera vez. Puedes alternarlo en Ajustes → “Clasificación global (compartir puntuación)”.
Cuenta de Game Center: Gestiona en Ajustes de iOS → Game Center.
Audio y Háptica: Gestiona dentro de los Ajustes del juego.

3. Anuncios Recompensados e Ítems

Ver un anuncio recompensado (AdMob) puede conceder un ítem (p. ej., un “Escudo” que te salva una vez). AdMob puede procesar la visualización para otorgar la recompensa. Si no hay anuncio, no hay recompensa.

4. Conservación de Datos

1.3 应用内评分提示（Apple）

2. 您的选择与控制
